We’re recruiting new Trustees – could this be you?
Our Trustee Board plays a vital role in overseeing the work of our charity, ensuring strong governance, accountability, and strategic direction so that we can continue supporting people across South Worcestershire with free, independent and confidential advice.
We currently have vacancies for:
-
Treasurer – ideally with accountancy experience or strong financial knowledge, though relevant transferable skills and an interest in charity finance will also be considered.
-
Clerk to the Board – an administrative role supporting Board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking (four formal meetings per year), and ensuring compliance with Charity Commission requirements.
-
General Trustees – individuals with an interest in charity governance who want to help guide a well-established local charity. We would particularly welcome applications from women, members of the BAME community, and those with skills in legal services or fundraising.
Trustee roles are voluntary but highly rewarding, offering the opportunity to make a real difference to local communities while gaining valuable experience in charity governance.
